Jones Day advised CBRE Investment Management in connection with an investment into NW1 Partners and URBZ Capital's Dutch Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) vehicle. The investment strategy is focused on the acquisition of low-density industrial assets in existing industrial clusters and logistics corridors across the Netherlands with a view to aggregating a portfolio of IOS assets.
