Jones Day advised Logistics Capital Partners in relation to the formation of a joint venture with Invesco Real Estate that acquired Veridion Park in Thamesmead, London from housing association Peabody Trust. The project is expected to deliver 800,000 sq ft of multi-let urban logistics space.
