Adam Hollingsworth, a former federal prosecutor, represents companies and individuals in government investigations, criminal cases, and civil matters. He has broad experience representing clients in litigation involving the False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), cybersecurity, and contract disputes. During his tenure as Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) in Cleveland, he prosecuted cases involving multimillion dollar investment and securities fraud, health care fraud, money laundering, bribery, public corruption, embezzlement, identity theft, and criminal tax violations.

Among his numerous trial victories as an AUSA, Adam successfully convicted a Summit County council person who accepted bribes in exchange for attempting to influence state and federal criminal investigations; after a month-long trial, convicted four defendants who defrauded 500 investors in a $10 million medical device fraud scheme; convicted the owner of a construction company who paid kickbacks in exchange for millions in false invoices; and convicted multiple defendants of immigration-related fraud. He prosecuted a prominent former professional football player who stole charitable donations from a nonprofit, and he prosecuted the largest indictment in the history of the Northern District of Ohio, a 72-person cocaine and crack conspiracy. He also has successfully briefed numerous appeals and argued before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

From 2007 to 2010, Adam served as Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, where he negotiated groundbreaking disability rights settlement agreements with national and multinational companies.

Adam volunteers in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District through the CMBA 3Rs Program.
