Jones Day represented a Nasdaq listed manufacturing company in the automobile industry in an investigation by the SEC's Enforcement Division Staff. After a three-year investigation into the company's finances and operations, both internationally and in the U.S., the Staff determined to take no action against the company or any of its executives.
