Jones Day is representing iYogi, Inc. in connection with a putative class action asserting violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Plaintiffs allege that iYogi made telephone calls to consumers' cellular telephones without their consent, including "robo" calls, and placed calls in violation of the national Do-Not-Call Registry.
