Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and financing by portfolio company Arrowhead Engineered Products, Inc. of substantially all of the assets of TriLink Saw Chain, LLC, a leading distributor of chainsaw chains, guide bars, and other accessories used in the arborist and forestry industries.
