Riverside portfolio company acquires C&E companies

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company Arrowhead Electrical Products, Inc. of several entities generally referred to as C&E companies, a manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket and OEM engine components, primarily for the power sports industry. The financing consisted of an incremental term loan.
