Lehman & Company, a leading mid-market private equity firm focused on the defense, aerospace, and maritime sectors, in connection with the acquisition and related financing of United Kingdom and United States based Aeronautical & GI Holdings Limited, a leading global provider of proprietary situational awareness and LED lighting systems for naval vessels, military and commercial aircraft, and military ground vehicles. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility including term loans, revolving loans, and letters of credit.
