LondonMetric disposes of Unilever House, Leatherhead

Jones Day represented LondonMetric Property Plc in connection with the disposal of Unilever House, Leatherhead. The disposal was effected by the sale of the special purchase vehicle, LSP Leatherhead Limited, to Lembaga Tabung Haji, a Malaysian Islamic institution with £6 billion of assets under management. The sale price attributes a value of £75.75 million (US$124.9 million) to the property. Jones Day also assisted with the restructuring of an existing bank debt secured by Unilever House.
