Jones Day advised LondonMetric Property Plc in the acquisition of a portfolio of ten out-of-town Odeon multiplex cinemas from Odeon Property Group LLP for £80.6 million (US$129.7 million). The acquisition was financed by a £43.5 million (US$70 million) term loan facility provided by Lloyds Bank.
