Client(s) Axsys Technologies, Inc.

Jones Day advised Axsys Technologies, Inc. in its $643 million acquisition by General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, a subsidiary of General Dynamics Corporation.

Under the terms of the agreement, General Dynamics paid $54 per share of Axsys Technologies' outstanding Common Stock.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day is providing capital markets, employee benefits, environmental, government contracts, and tax advice regarding this transaction.
