GrafTech establishes $50 million at-the-market equity program

Jones Day represented GrafTech International Ltd. in connection with the establishment of an at-the-market equity program for the offering and sale of up to $50 million of its Common Stock. Under the program, GrafTech may offer and sell shares of its Common Stock, from time to time and at its sole discretion, through a designated sales agent.
