Jones Day advised Golden Meditech Company Limited, an integrated healthcare enterprise in the People's Republic of China, in its $350 million sale of a 50.25% interest in China Cord Blood Services Corporation, a cord blood bank owner and operator in China, to Pantheon China Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of acquiring, through a stock exchange, asset acquisition or other similar business combination, an operating business in the People's Republic of China in exchange for 29,068,087 shares of Pantheon.
