Jones Day advised Concateno plc, a leading drug and alcohol testing provider and a manufacturer of clinical diagnostic products, in connection with its institutional placing to Collins Stewart Europe Limited of 11,034,483 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each at 145p per share to partially fund the acquisition of Euromed Limited, a developer, manufacturer and seller of medical diagnostic tests and services.
