Marco Frattini has extensive experience representing banks, investors, arrangers, originators, and asset managers on structured finance, real estate financing, and special situations including securitizations, distressed and alternative lending, restructurings, and performing and nonperforming portfolio and single credit acquisitions.
He has been involved in many complex and innovative structured finance transactions in the financial leasing, distressed, and real estate markets over the last several years.
Marco also counsels clients on fintech and regulatory matters.
Marco is a member of the Firm's AI and Innovation Committee.
