Greystar closes Europe’s largest residential fund with over €2.7 billion in total commitments

Jones Day advised Greystar in the final close of Greystar Equity Partners Europe II ("GEPE II") at over €2.7 billion of total programme commitments. This establishes GEPE II as the largest pan-European value-add residential fund raised to date.
