Floris Pierik acts for a range of financial sponsors and corporate clients. Complex M&A and private equity transactions including buyouts and corporate carve-outs are central to his work. Some of his major deals include targets with operations on a European or global scale, often with a significant U.S. connection.

Floris regularly advises on technology and energy transition M&A transactions and transactions in the manufacturing, chemicals, life sciences, and consumer goods industries.
