Dana Corporation completes bankruptcy sale of business unit to MAHLE

Jones Day advised Dana Corporation, a supplier of axle, driveshaft, structural, sealing and thermal products for global vehicle manufacturers, in a Section 363 bankruptcy sale of its engine hard parts business to The MAHLE Group, a global automotive supplier and market leader for combustion engine components and systems. Jones Day also coordinated the parallel non-bankruptcy sale of the engine hard parts business line by Dana's multiple foreign subsidiaries.
