Jones Day advised Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in the acquisition and related financing of Comar Holding Company, LLC. The financing consisted of term loans and a revolving credit facility.

Comar is a leading rigid plastics packaging manufacturer of bottles, containers, liquid dosing devices and closures predominantly for the healthcare and wellness industry.
