Jones Day represented Fluor Corporation in connection with the public offering of €500 million (US$560 million) aggregate principal amount of 1.750% Senior Notes due 2023. Merrill Lynch International, BNP Paribas, and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank served as joint book-running managers for the offering.
