DCD Holdings acquires landmark office building in London's Covent Garden

Jones Day advised DCD Holdings Limited in connection with the formation of a joint venture with Witkoff Group and subsequent £175 million (US$340 million) acquisition and related financing of 90 Long Acre, a 194,000 square-foot Class-A landmark office building in London's Covent Garden. The financing consisted of a £120 million (US$240 million) debt facility and a further bridge facility provided by Lehman Brothers.
