Luis Riesgo centra su práctica en fusiones y adquisiciones multijurisdiccionales. Su experiencia incluye creación de joint ventures, alianzas estratégicas, acuerdos comerciales e industriales, y proyectos de outsourcing, en Latinoamérica y España. Su práctica transaccional se extiende a una amplia gama de sectores, incluyendo el aeronáutico, automovilístico, energía y energías renovables, infraestructuras, internet media, y telecomunicaciones.

Luis es el socio director de la región de Latinoamérica/Miami, con responsabilidad sobre las oficinas de São Paulo, Ciudad de México, y Miami, y de las prácticas en la región. Además, es el socio director de la oficina de São Paulo.
