Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company D.F. King & Co., Inc. of the bankruptcy claims management business of Donlin, Recano & Co., Inc., a provider of bankruptcy management consultancy services, and DRX Distribution Management, Inc. through the acquisition of all of the stock in the companies.
