Jones Day represented Pohjola Bank plc in connection with its €28 million purchase of a 40% interest in Access Capital Partners Group SA, a manager and adviser of private equity fund of funds, and its concurrent €16 million sale of Pohjola Private Equity Funds Ltd to Access Capital Partners Group SA.
