Jones Day represented Panacea Venture, as lead investor, in the $20.2 million PIPE investment in Connect Biopharma Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: CNTB), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on transforming care for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. The sale was made to Panacea and certain new and existing investors in transactions exempt from registration under the Securities Act.
