Jones Day achieved early resolution of a patent infringement investigation on behalf of Even Realities Ltd. The Section 337 patent infringement case was brought by non-practicing entity IngenioSpec, LLC before the International Trade Commission (ITC), involving Even Realities' innovative smart glasses.
