Google defeats antitrust class action alleging monopolization of markets for digital mapping services

On behalf of Google LLC, Jones Day won dismissal of a putative antitrust class action alleging unlawful tying and monopolistic conduct involving Google Maps, securing dismissal without leave to amend at the pleading stage. The Ninth Circuit affirmed the dismissal.
