Client(s) NOVA Infrastructure Management, LLC and NOVA Infrastructure Fund I, L.P.

Jones Day represented NOVA Infrastructure Management, LLC and its fund NOVA Infrastructure Fund I, L.P. (“NOVA I”) in the refinancing of NOVA I's existing subscription line facility. NOVA Infrastructure Fund I, L.P.; NOVA Infrastructure Fund I (Cayman), L.P.; NOVA Infrastructure Fund I (Luxembourg), SCSP; and NOVA-TELMAX AIV, L.P., each fund managed by NOVA Infrastructure Management, LLC, obtained a new subscription facility with Webster Bank, N.A., as the sole lender.
