Lehman & Company, a leading mid-market private equity firm focused on the defense, aerospace, and maritime sectors, in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company NRC Group Holdings, LLC of Quail Run Services, LLC, a provider of wellsite wastewater treatment services throughout five disposal sites in the Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin.
