Riverside portfolio company acquires Vivid Learning Systems

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company, Health & Safety Institute, a provider of comprehensive health and safety training courses, of Vivid Learning Systems, Inc., a provider of online safety training. The financing consisted of an amendment to its existing credit facility, including an increase in the term loan.
