Jones Day advised SPIRE Investment Manager Pte. Ltd., the Investment Manager for the joint venture fund platform of Shapoorji Pallonji Group and the real estate arm of global insurance firm, Allianz Group, in connection with the formation of a new US$500 million fund platform (SPREF II Pte. Ltd.). The fund platform has been formed with the strategy of owning and developing commercial office properties in India.
