Jones Day is representing plaintiffs Nationwide Realty Investors and Northstar Residential Development in litigation arising out of a design-build project for a residential wastewater treatment facility to serve the Northstar Community in Sunbury, Ohio. Nationwide and Northstar allege that numerous design and construction defects rendered the plant structurally unsound and incapable of being fully functional.
