Jones Day advised Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc., in the sale of a 1,054 MW combined cycle, combustion turbine power plant located in Odessa, Texas, to a subsidiary of Vistra Energy, the parent company for TXU Energy and Luminant, for $350 million in cash, plus a potential spark spread-based earnout.
