On behalf of a multinational company doing business in oil and gas in the Asia-Pacific, South America, and Mexico, Jones Day conducted an internal investigation into allegations of corrupt payments made to procure business. The results of the investigation were disclosed to the Securities & Exchange Commission, which took no action.
