Jones Day advised long-standing client J.F. Lehman & Company, a leading mid-market private equity firm focused on the defense, aerospace, and maritime sectors, in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company National Response Corporation of ENPRO Holdings Group, Inc., a provider of environmental and emergency response solutions in the Northeast U.S. The financing consisted of an amendment and restatement of NRC's existing credit facility and the joinder of the ENPRO entities as loan parties.
