Jones Day advised CBRE Global Investment Partners European Co-investment Fund in the acquisition of OPCI Logizola, a regulated French investment company, which owns a portfolio of 12 logistics assets across France for €240 million (US$264.6 million) and the continuation of the existing Natixis loan in connection with the portfolio.
