Carol Khoury advises international investors as well as end-users in the framework of their French and international real estate transactions. She has extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals, and sale-and-leaseback of real estate assets.

Carol also has extensive experience in commercial leases for both investors and end-users.

She advises French and international clients, such as CBRE Global Investment Partners, Pictet Alternative Advisors, Henderson Park, IBM, Total, and Sanofi. The major transactions on which she worked recently include the disposition of OPCI Logizola's assets by CBRE Global Investment Partners European Co-Investment Fund and the purchase by Henderson Park Real Estate Fund I of Le Méridien Etoile Hotel, the largest hotel in Paris.

Carol works regularly with lawyers in the Firm's Tax, Private Equity, and Financial Markets practices.

Holder of a French notaire diploma, Carol served as a notaire with a French notaire firm from 1992 to 1999.

She is a member of the ULI (Urban Land Institute).

  • Silicon Mobility sold to IntelJones Day advised Silicon Mobility SAS in the acquisition of the company by Intel Corporation.
