Procter & Gamble sells Rochas brand to Interparfums for $108 million

Jones Day advised The Procter & Gamble Company on its sale of the Rochas business to the French company Interparfums S.A. for $108 million. Founded by Marcel Rochas in 1925, the brand began as a fashion house and expanded into perfumery in the 50s under Hélène Rochas' direction. The transaction includes both the fragrance and fashion businesses of Rochas.
