Jones Day represented Adams Street Partners, as lead investor, in connection with its investment in Smule, Inc., a social network for musical performance powered by a family of award winning mobile applications. Bessemer Ventures, Shasta Ventures, and City National acted as co-investors in the $38 million investment round.
