Jones Day advised funds managed by WL Ross & Co., LLC in connection with the initial public offering by Virgin Money and its admission to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. At the time of listing the market capitalization was £1.25 billion.
