Riverside acquires Lexipol

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Lexipol, LLC, a provider of policy management and training platforms for public safety organizations. The financing consisted of a term loan facility and a revolving line of credit provided by PNC Bank, National Association.
