Adams Street invests in Series E financing round by ServiceMax

Jones Day represented Adams Street Partners in connection with its purchase of Series E Preferred Stock in a private placement by ServiceMax, a leading field service management solution for a new era of business. The round was led by Meritech Capital with significant participation by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and further participation from existing investors Adams Street Partners, Emergence Capital Partners, Mayfield Fund, Trinity Ventures, Crosslink Capital, and salesforce.com. New investors included Cross Creek Advisors, QuestMark Partners, and Sozo Ventures.
