Multi Investment sells 50 percent interest in UK shopping mall to British Land for £101 million pounds (US$160 million)

Client(s) Multi Investment BV

Jones Day advised Multi Investment BV in its sale to British Land Co. of 50 percent of a shopping center in the English city of Bath for £101 million pounds (US$160 million). Aviva Investors owns the rest of the property, which has 430,000 square feet (40,000 square meters) of space and is 93 percent rented out.
