Jones Day advised AquaBounty Technologies, Inc., a biotechnology company focused on enhancing productivity in the aquaculture market, in connection with its placement of newly issued Common Shares to certain existing shareholders and related restructuring program involving the spin-out and sale of its research and development division to Tethys Ocean B.V., a subsidiary of Linnaeus Capital Partners B.V.
