Jones Day advised Standard Bank Plc in connection with a $30 million senior secured credit facility for the acquisition of all of the issued shares of Amity Oil and Zorlu Energy by Transatlantic Worldwide, a wholly owned subsidiary of Transatlantic Petroleum, a leading international oil and gas company.
