Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company ActivStyle, Inc. of home medical product suppliers Advocate Medical Services, Inc. and St. Andrew's Medical Supply, Inc. The financing included an amendment to ActivStyle's senior secured credit facility and replacement subordinated debt financing.
