Riverside acquires Genetic Testing Institute

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Genetic Testing Institute, Inc., a company that develops, manufactures and markets medical diagnostic assays. The financing consisted of a secured senior credit facility, including a term loan facility and revolving loan facility with swingline and letter of credit sublimits.
