Jones Day advised Micron Technology, Inc. in the formation of IM Flash Singapore, LLP, a joint venture with Intel Corporation, to manufacture NAND flash memory and technology licensing for consumer electronics, removable data storage and handheld communication devices. In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided antitrust and tax advice regarding this transaction.
