Maxine Thomas represents and counsels clients in the health care industry in arbitration, transactional, and regulatory and compliance matters.

Maxine's experience includes representing health care providers in arbitration, particularly with respect to graduate medical education program disputes, and facilitating complex business transactions, including international service agreements, national acquisitions of health systems, and managed care agreements. She also provides analysis and counseling related to regulatory and compliance strategies to support Medicare and Medicaid participation, pricing, and reimbursement in both traditional and virtual care delivery settings.

Maxine maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in asylum and adjustment of status proceedings.

She is a member of the American Health Law Association.
