Francesco Squerzoni advises banks and direct lenders, as well as borrowers, in investment and development projects in acquisition and real estate financings. He works for originators, arrangers, and investors in structured finance transactions, including public and private securitizations, domestic and multijurisdictional trade finance, and acquisitions of nonperforming loan (NPL) portfolios. In addition, he has experience in the regulatory aspects of lending and investment fund industry, as well as debt restructurings.
